The Bavaria 32 Cruiser, is considered one of the most interesting and promising new sailing yachts of its class and has been nominated for the "European Yacht of the Year Award 2009/10". 

This prestigious award is granted by Europe's leading nautical magazines, such as the English "Yachting World", Spanish "Yate" or German "Yacht". All finalists will undergo a close check-up and extensive sea-trial by the jury in the course of this year. The winners will be proclaimed in January 2010 during the boatshow "boot" en Düsseldorf/Germany.

We are proud and think she well deserves the nomination and of course we keep our fingers crossed for the new little one.  

Bavaria announces the replacement of the 27 by the new model Bavaria 28 Sport, available as per September 2009. The smallest model of the range of motor boats is a versatile sport and family cruiser. Many design elements of the new top model, the Bavaria Deep Blue 46, can also be found in the new 28 but in its overall concept it keeps closer to the overall concept of the existing sport series than the flagship Deep Blue. >> more ...

During the Palma Boat Show that ended on the 3rd of May, Bavaria Yachts presented its two new flagships, the 55 Cruiser and the Deep Blue 46. About 100 guests (clients, distributors, journalists) were present when Bavaria's CEO Andrés Cárdenas and the design team of Farr Yacht Design, BMW Group Designworks und (bu:st) automotive GmbH (photo right to left: Andrés Cárdenas, Patrick Shaughnessy, Laurenz Schaffer, Andreas Lohner) explained the concept behind the new yachts.

Until mid May the testers of the international nautical media are gathering at the installations of Yates Alemanes in the Club de Mar to check and try the two novelties for their reports soon to be published.
